Donna was the sales associate who helped me. She was the best. She welcomed me into the store right as I walked in and helped me look for exactly the things I was trying to buy. I am extremely satisfied with the work she did for me!

Every time I come to this pandora store, I always feel welcomed and valued. They always put their customers first. I just have a bad habit of forgetting to do the surveys but every time I get exceptional service from all the ladies at this location!!!!

First, Amy was very friendly and sweet, she was making conversation with me the entire time. Second, they were having trouble finding my account, but she did everything she could to find it on their system. Third, she really helped me with picking my charms.

Staff was prompt in helping me. She was knowledgeable about the products. They did not have the bracelet I went in for but the staff showed me alternatives. I ended up purchasing two bracelets.

The saleswoman, Joann, was really patient with me as I browsed and tried on different rings. After deciding on one ring, I wanted to try on another ring and she happily took it out and let me try it on. Joann was really patient with helping me find a ring and knowledgeable.

The options were endless. The sales associate was very helpful,knowledgeable and extremely nice. The store had what I was looking for.
