We went to Pandora to pick up the Mickey's 90th Anniversary charm. I had called ahead and talked to Braidy. Once she figured out which charm I was interested in, she was so helpful, holding 2 of the charms back for me and also the gift with purchase. We completed our transaction and did not feel rushed at all. Had plenty of time to look at the merchandise we were interested in. Very good experience.

The sales associate Courtney C was very helpful. She patiently and enthusiastically helped me pick out charms and design a bracelet with the new Reflexions collection. Then when I went to pay she helped me use a coupon I had and made sure it worked. I was so pleased by her helpfulness I even bought more hoping she got some sort of commission. I generally have good experiences at your stores in my travels, but Courtney was truly great. Hire more awesome people like her!
