I have been collecting charms for years. I was in to get something for me and a gift for a friend.

I typically shop with dorthy, who is absolutely wonderful, but it was her day off. So Kenna and Braidy helped me. They were absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and kind and helped me pick out a new ring and earrings. Keep up the good work ladies and I’ll be back to shop soon!

I was incredibly satisfied by the customer service that was given. Kari was one of the best sales associate I have dealt with in a long time. She was incredibly pleasant and made things very smooth and easy. She is an amazing sales associate and I would recommend going to her to everyone I know. Also, if/when I come back to that pandora store I will hope that she will be the person attending to me.

My fiancé bought the ‘Timeless Elegant’ rose gold ring and I absolutely LOVE IT. One day I looked down and I saw a stone missing and I called the closest pandora store near me and they said I can exchange it with no problem and that’s what happened. Awesome customer service and awesome service in general. I love it!
