This was the first time getting a Pandora bracelet, the store was very busy and packed as it was the day before mother's day. Considering how busy it was it didn't take very long to speak with someone and start working on my bracelet. Dena at the Jordan Creek Mall Pandora was wonderful to work with, she was able to answer all of our questions and very helpful.
