I found exactly what I needed on this visit. I try to get something from this store whenever I’m in Des Moines.

Associate was very helpful helping me pick things I don’t need but love. I don’t have three sentences.

When I went into the store I showed the sales lady what I was looking for and she went right to it and showed it to me right away

were greeted as we walked in and felt comfortable in the store

I had received the item as a gift and within one day, one of the cz fell out of ring. And to boot, my mother had purchased it at a Jewelry store in my hometown that sold Pandora, but I wasn't sure Id have to send it back to my mom (who gave it to me) and thus wait for new one, via order it. But I took a chance and went into my local Pandora store at the mall and they took care of me ASAP with no hesitation. It was pleasing to have that type of customer service and I will definitely be back sooner than later!

I was there for a very specific reason and specific charms. I informed the Sales Lady, Kiera, of my specific reason and she was extremely helpful in finding just the perfect charms for my bracelet. I absolutely love the charms I purchased on this trip to the store at Jordan Creek Town Center, West Des Moines, Iowa.
