when entering the store they were very knowledgeable of taking back an item that was ordered on ther websit. and took very little time to get the correct size and exchange it.

I walked in and was immediately welcomed by a gal who wanted to show me all the 'rose' rings. I had come in for one specific ring, that I had been viewing online for awhile. I think she just wanted me to see everything in real life since I've never been. She was so nice and helpful. I absolutely LOVE the ring I purchased. And I love your 'Pandora rose' collection. Your rings though, lol, I'm gonna go broke.

I knew what I wanted and the sales associate knew exactly where to find it. She showed me other varieties of what I was looking for, which was nice. She was prompt in completing the sale.

They lady offered to clean my rings for me. After she was done cleaning my rings she showed me how i can do it at home. She also told me about the pandora cleaning cloth and told me how to use it if i were to purchase it.
