My first visit before Christmas I was greeted rudely, and when i asked about a specific bracelet I was told Pandora is NOT cheap, the lady was rude and kinda dismissed me. So I thought I would give it one more try. And Allison was wonderful.

My AMEX card was misplaced before paying and EVERYONE pitched in to help find it, including knees on the floors, reviewing video footage and praying! I live in Lexington, KY and purchased in Des Moines, IA. Thank you ladies for making me feel finding my credit card was as important as selling me jewelry!
