Pandora Jewelry

The store was busy for a Friday afternoon. I had gone on-line and tried to order Item 796382EN39 Sparkle Candy Cane and 796387EN39 Festive Stocking with 190919CZ-58 Entwined Ring and this part of the order was cancelled. but kept the Silver Mesh Bracelet and three open bangle spacers on order. Confused I called local store at Jordan Creek Mall- they had the three items all in stock. That appears odd to me the online store not having the three items. The phone call went very well, excellent phone skills, Told me they had all three of my items and I should come down to get them. I left right away and was able to pick up all my items. Waited short time , but allowed me to look around the store. I guess next time I will return to the store at Jordan Creek to get what I am looking for and forget the online store. Great store service, great in store personnel, acknowledged me, and told me it would be just a few minutes to get to me. (so much better than being ignored) Enjoyable Experience I recommend going to the Jordan Creek Pandora Store I thank you Rick McMillen and my wife will thank me due to you Merry Christmas

The sales associate was very personable, and very patient. Along with getting me what I came in for, she was very helpful in providing some more information. It was a very nice experience and they were very kind.

The sales staff were very helpful. The selection of items was wonderful. The store was well displayed and the products were easy to see. I made a new friend of my sales person, I look forward to working with her again.

I had originally come in the store to have my bracelet cleaned and expected to not get it back for a couple days due to the holiday season and it being very busy. I looked at starting another bracelet and by the time I got done with shopping there in the store they had my bracelet cleaned and ready to go.

I like the quality of the crystals and murano glass. I like to take advantage of the sales. It was very busy and I had to wait for assistance but once I got that person she was very attentive.
