I brought in one bracelet that I needed help with design and to purchase another bracelet to put my additional charms on. The sales person took her time helping me to place my charms in an appealing display and wasn't rushing me to finish.

My siblings and I went in the store at Jordan Creek in West Des Moines, Iowa in search for charms for our mother. We were greeted in a friendly way immediately and was assisted. Also, the employee Tina was very helpful in choosing the charms and in calculating prices.
