The CSR who assisted me was AWESOME! She not only cleaned my bracelet happily, but recommended the home cleaning kit as a gift (which I subsequently purchased). She was never pushy, but offered fun and relevant advice on charms and gifts based on my bracelet and purchase history.

The sales associates were friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. She helped me with my purchase.

Our sales was helpful in finding a charm in couldn’t purchase online anymore. She listened to us and was beyond the most helpful we have had there.
