friendly sales associates, likes to make conversation, and was helpful in finding me a gift for family this christmas. wish the line wasn't so long, maybe consider having another branch in the des moines area.

They didn’t give me the 10% discount they promised while I was shopping but the did re-do the transaction when I returned to the store and discussed it with them

The associate helping us did a very nice job choose very friendly and newborn things were when we asked to see different types of charms. Check out time was a little slow. The selection of merchandise that I was initially looking for was very low in quantity. The Variety of the selection was also a little low.
