I would have liked more gem stone options instead of the few styles/ types of stones available.

It was an event purchase. I do not regularly shop at Pandora due to price point but getting a special piece it is worth it for the quality. Associate might have been new - she depending on her other team member. Those team members were busy doing inventory and didn’t add much to the experience- seemed to not want to be bothered

Selection , for example looking for pride charm offered online. Selection of rose gold charms is limited.

Even though I had a 20% off coupon from Pandora online that I activated in the store, it did not ring up, so I ended up paying full price. Also, I took in a Pandora bracelet of my own that the clasp was broken on. I asked if it (the clasp) could be replaced and the sales clerk said "unfortunately, no." So, now what am I supposed to do with it?

Kelsey was AMAZING. She treated me with dignity and integrity. The store manager and another associate could learn customer service nuggets from her.

We were very satisfied. The only thing that we thought was a little less than other stores we've been to was that the inventory seemed a little lacking compared to other stores. But the workers were very helpful and friendly!

We could not look at things unless the counters were wiped off. Kinda frustrating
