I was very satisfied with my visit

There was a few items I was looking for but either they weren’t available or was out of. The sales person was good at giving me other options.

I don’t believe there is a need to wear masks and mandate that your employees get vaccinated. Because of that, I found it unnecessary to wait outside until there was room for me to be waited on.

Not enough sales staff for a Saturday. 4 customers to 2 staff. Jane very helpful and apologetic for the wait.

I wish there were more new products in the Pandora Me line. I purchase charms and earrings for my niece each year and it will be sad if you are discontinuing the line. The sales staff at the store was great though. Amy was very helpful.

Cathy knows her products and very friendly.

The clerk was very standoffish. She was pushy to sell me something. And even more standoffish when I did not care for what she showed me. She was abrupt and seemed to not like the fact I didn't care for what she showed me.

The ethnic selections either weren't on display or there aren't any!!

When I first got to the store there was no one inside but two associates and I was made to wait. The associate did not even acknowledge my presence
