They did not have many workers, which made the wait longer. They were also limited on sizes. The staff was friendly and their prices are reasonable for the quality.

Too much pressure

The only negative is that the sales associate felt as if she was rushing me along. When I suggested that I go down a ring size, she said something similar to "we're not going to do that".

They have super cute and affordable jewelry, for every occasion and most of the jewelry goes with everything. There is also a pretty big variety to choose from!

Since we were new to pandora, I wanted more time to browse and look at the selection before working with a sales person. The salesperson was very nice, but directing us towards product that she pulled from the counter wasn't as helpful as just being to figure out what we liked the most first. I know this occurred because of safety and limitations to the number of customers in the store.

Did not get much options of products from associate, only showed me 2 bracelet options and 2 charm options! Would of like see different options without having to ask!

Sales associate was very friendly and patient as I took my time deciding which ring to purchase. Outlay of store is easy to maneuver while shopping now that the pandemic is an issue. I plan on returning to the store for other purchases as I build my ring collection.

Our sales representative was too chatty. Too much talk about personal experiences and opinions instead of focusing on the product we are trying to select.
