Not a lot of choices for my preferences

Not all of the rings were available in all sizes. The sales associate did what she could to provide me with the jewelry pieces I was looking for. I left the store satisfied with my purchase.

I had a wait time of 20 to 30 minutes

I go to pandora all the time everyone is always super nice and willing to help

1 - Curbside delivery was advertised, then not available. 2 - product not available at store as shown on website 3 - Associate could not find pricing for earrings - searched 4 books before finding it. Extremely slow service. Not helpful.

1. iPads used to pay were not fully charged. 2. Payment took longer than it should have. 3. Pieces of jewelry are overpriced in my opinion.

The first associate I worked with whose name I can't remember but I know she is not the one that ended up ringing up my purchase, but she was very rude. She "cleaned" my jewelry and handed it back to me soaking wet. She was trying to rush me because it was closing time. Then she wanted to argue with me when I questioned her about why my things were wet.

The bracelet I bought was not out on display. The store associate just pulled it out of a plastic bag which seemed cheap

My first experience was looking for a ring to wear for vacation instead of my experience rings. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and quality of your selection. I returned to make a purchase for a birthday gift for my sister.
