Each time I visit I purchase charms for my bracelet, but this time I also bought a bangle & a ring. Can't wait to qear them!!

There were only 3 people in the store and they were all helping someone which is fine but no one even stopped long enough to say “hi welcome in”. It took one of them 5-10 minutes to even realize I was standing there waiting. One lady was letting some women look at rings and just standing there watching when she could have came and helped me for a minute and gone back to them. Then a woman came from the back after 10-15 minutes and helped me and was very pleasant and showed me lots of options for what I was looking for. My service was just slow and I wanted it to be a quicker stop since I had an idea of what I wanted.

I have the pandora ring, My princess, that I purchased just over 3 years ago. I returned to the store I purchased it in to hopefully get some help in having it repaired, and when I asked what my options were, one of the employees said “your option is to buy a new one.” I asked about the repair program I read about online, and was told that was all false and she couldn’t help me. I read the section allowed about sodering work being an option, and the employee shook her head and says “yeah, no that’s not an option.” I was very disappointed as it was a gift from someone close to me who passed away, which is why I was in the store because I can’t stand seeing that finger bare. I did purchase a different ring, but didn’t feel as if I was important enough to follow up and be sure that it couldn’t be repaired.

There was a huge wait for no reason, asked the lady for options in rings my size and when I put The jewelry on it became easily tarnished. I paid $100, and it turned my finger green. You can buy better jewelry at Walmart for a lot cheaper.

I asked for a Mother's Day charm and was shown one. Ask for more then was shown another one. My phone rang, long distance, so I answered it. When I got back 5 minutes later lots of charms were now out. I felt she was pushing the first two to see if I would just pick one and leave. But she was patient as I sorted through many more Mom's Day charms and found one I purchased. However, the staff was friendly the whole time. I also appreciate my past purchases on your computer. Helps me when I don't remember what I have purchased.

It seemed like the other associates were a little stand offish to the sales associate that was helping me. Edye made my sales associate move and did not even say “excuse me”.

The store was not busy but the staff was friendly and helpful. The checkout process was a bit lengthy - getting all our info input and all...we usually pay with cash and may do so if we return. Other than that it was a good experience and I love the ring!

The store is small and hard to get around comfortably. The merchandise is difficult to justify the price tag. The choices are overwhelming which is good/bad.
