I very rarely ever give highly satisfied marks on surveys.

I was disappointed to find out you don’t take checks. There are people that still use them!!!

Very busy and of course it's Christmas but if a person just wants to buy a gift certificate they should e able to purchase without waiting footprints others to pick out bracelets

An associate asked what I was looking for and when I told her exactly what I needed, she took my name so that I could be placed on a waiting list to be served. However, while I waited for my turn, she stood beside me holding the clipboard. Seemed silly to make me wait when she wasn't doing anything.

It's Christmas shopping time and the store was very busy. With as many people shopping it was cramped, but the sales ladies were efficient.

It was just ok. There was nothing super exciting and it took forever, maybe 20, minutes of us standing there before someone asked if we needed help finding anything

I believe the main issue involves the lack of space in the store. The overall setup makes it very difficult to get around and view the product when others are being helped. I had a difficult time wedding between people to make it to the back counter for assistance.

It was not easy to tell where certain items were upon entering the store. It would be nice if I knew exactly where to go to look for certain items without asking a store associate. However, the store associates were helpful once I told them what I was looking for.

The store was very busy and close but he got the information we needed.
