I had bought a ring recently and later that same night I bought it, one of the diamonds fell out.

I was told incorrect information by sales lady and waited 50min to buy my bracket and was not able to do what she told me so o did not get exactly what I wanted on my bday

The door says 12 people allowed in the store at a time. There were 5 - including the sales associates, We were made stand outside until one group left. We were in a slight hurry, they looked at us and did not bother to let us in until the group left. They have been out of my size every time I’ve been in the store. Just a bit annoying.

Sales associates treat you like you can’t afford things in there.

This was a gift so I wasn’t the one in the store to purchase.

Good morning, I felt that the rep was not listening to my needs, also her customer service was not the greatest! I had to repeat myself on more that one occasion.

The store manager was rude and showed little to no interest in my interaction. She seemed annoyed that i was doing an exchange.

Sales associate was extremely pushy trying to sell me a store credit card. She was also misleading in the information she gave me regarding the card until I asked her more specific questions when I had repeatedly told her I was not interested.
