I had my bracelet cleaned and was missing a charm after and Ms. Lori ,I think her name is , she replaced my charm with no problem. When I went to pick up my charm the associate noticed something wrong with one of my charms and replaced it without any problem. I have spent alot of money @ Pandora and was very impressed with this.

When I came in, an sale associated greeted me right away. I asked for a particular type of bracelet and she found just what I wanted. This lady was engaged in a conversation with me. That made me want to buy. She was very friendly. I will come back to this store again. Only because she had an positive attitude.
