The store manager, Kate, that assisted me during my visit in the Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, North Carolina was very personable and friendly and also very helpful for me while making my decisions on my purchase. I will definitely be returning to that location. She made me a Pandora fan.

I usually get my Pandora items at the military base close to where I live but while on a weekend getaway to Raleigh I visited the location at Crabtree mall and the customer service provided by Kate was exceptional. I was surprised to also receive a military discount with my purchases. Unfortunately, the Aladdin lamp was sold out so I couldn't purchase that also. However, there were other great selections.
