I saw the product I wanted in the magazine in the store. My choice appeared to be sold out, however, the salesperson, Kianie, after one more search, found what I wanted. So I was very pleased and purchased the charm.

She was excellent person to work with. Very friendly and she is the reason why I come back everytime ti shop . She listens , does not be a push over makes sure I love every item and she helps me with it. With her and mine personal touch

Sales associate was very nice and helpful. She tried her best to find the type of charms I was looking for. She made me feel welcome and took her time assisting me.

Originally went in to look at the rings and get sized but Kate noticed my bracelet was broken and exchanged it for me . She was so helpful and and answered all of our questions precisely .
