The salesperson was patient and helpful. I found all merchandise that I wanted to buy on the online store, and she notified me that they might out of store on the website. I checked again and they were indeed sold out! Finally I got them in this store!

I liked how everyone in the store was friendly and respectful. The store was clean and the jewelry was displayed very well. The lady who assisted me with my purchase was kind, funny and pleasant. I definately recommend pandora jewelry to anyone.

I love the Associates at the Crabtree store. They are very knowledgeable of their merchandise. They never hesitate to offer me new items. I have one problem I have spent over a $1,000 in the past six months. I have only been able to complete two-three $10 redeemable tickets. Can you please look in to this matter and contact me. THE STAFF WAS VERY SLOW AND UNCORTEOUS, WE STOOD FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEBODY CAME TO US, THEY WERE 3 OR 4 LADIES STANDING AND KNOWING WE WERE WAITNG THEY JUST ACTED LIKE NO BODY WAS THERE, VERY SAD EXPERIENCE. THE LADY THAT DID SALE US THE GOODS SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE FRIENDLY AND THAT IT CAME TO US AFTER SHE FINISH WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. FOR THE REST OF THE SALES FORCE YOU HAVE AT CRAPTREE WALLEY MALL I MUST SAY IS THE WORST ANY COMPANY CAN HAVE, GOOD LUCK WITH THEM

Never been to pandora before and everyone was soo friendly and nice and knowledgeable and it was near closing time and still was super helpful like they weren’t in a rush I will be returning
