When I go to a store, I'm rarely shopping, I'm buying. So when I got to this store, the associate that was coordinating the holiday crowd, I asked did they have the particular item I wanted. Her knowledge of what the store had in inventory was amazing and it saved me from the "waiting for nothing" routine. I really appreciated that. Time is money whether a business or personal.

Sales Associate was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very friendly in what had to be a busy and stressful day. He actually came across as genuinely enjoying interacting with customers. It was a pleasure getting assistance from him.

Although, we visited the store during the Christmas rush....Joshua (179601) our sales associate was very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable of Pandora's products and services. He was very enthusiastic about being at work and was very cheerful and helpful the entire time. During this time of season and working long hours, sometimes it can be difficult to remain energetic, helpful, and friendly when you have been standing on your feet all day. Joshua is an exceptional employee and a great asset to the company. I will be sure to visit the Crabtree Store and look for him.

Staff was very helpful even though they were swamped with Christmas customers. The associate was very knowledgeable of the products to be selected from; she was able to suggest similar items that I was looking for.
