It was my first time in Pandora store and I was assisted soon as i walked in. I told the employee what I was looking for she then pointed me in the right location. Overall I was confident in my selection of jewelry.

Highly knowledgable staff. Really efficient process. Well stocked.

I had a wonderful experience. The charm I went to the store for was there. The employee immediately knew the exact charm as I described it. Her service was excellent.

Very good customer service and helpful on the merchandise pick

1. I was greeted by sales lady Linda, who was very nice. I asked Linda for a specific charm that I seen online and she showed me the one. 2. Linda did show more of the similar mom charms. 3. But the one Linda showed me last I felt in loved with it. And I know my mom going to love it as well, it is the Mothers Rose charm. 4. Linda was very friendly the whole time while she was checking me out so I can pay for my charm. Me Linda was talking she is a very nice lady next time when I go back to Pandora, I would like for Linda towait on me again.

The wait time was approximately 15 min but once the young man became available, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. So much so, when I return to the store, I will seek him out.
