i am highly satisfied because it was very easy. I went into the store having no idea how the bracelets worked all i knew is i wanted a bracelet for my mother for christmas. I had no idea what charm to get or about the clips but was informed by my associate and was able to walk out of the store happy.

The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. The selection of merchandise is great. Short wait time.

A busy store but someone offered to help as soon as available. I knew what I wanted and clerk quickly provided a s then helped me narrow down the next purchase to 2 choices.

The sales associate who helped me was Kate. She was amazing. She answered all of my questions, helped me make a decision without being pushy, knew about all of the pieces I was asking about, and offered some other pieces as options. I have to come back in next week for another gift, and I will be looking to have her help me again. She was wonderful. Shopping would be a wonderful experience if every store would hire people like Kate. She is top Notch!
