Came in looking for new product which associate informed me was coming out in a few days. I explained that had issues with previous pandora bracelets since so heavy...she offered the lighter version which I purchased.

The sales associate, Bria was very knowledgalbe about the mechandise she greatly assisted me with the selection of rose gold charms to give to my dughter for her 40th birthday, because I had no clue what I wanted! Bria, informed me about the sales promotion (buy two charms and get the third charm free) she suggested a charm for my silver Pandora Bracelet. I have seventeen charms in all. Not olnly did Bria clean my bracelet she even selected the right spot to add my new charm on my bracelet, which meant that she had to re-arrange my charms! Bria made my shopping trip enjoyable!

I had to returns bracelet because I was given the wrong size. Linda was very very patient with me to help e put all my charms on the new bracelet.
