I was going to return a gift I purchased for my wife. The service provided by Bria and Jose was outstanding! They converted the return to an exchange. I have purchased from Jose before and he always provides the best possible service. I met Bria for the first time and she was very caring and attentive. Both deserve 10 stars. I will be back to see them when I need a gift.

She make suggestions without being pushy and she remembers me even though I am not in the store on a regular basis.

The sales associate was very friendly and attentive. He began assisting us as soon as we walked in and was able to immediately show us what we had inquired about. Finally, the Labor Day special made prices really affordable.

My Sales Associate was very helpful and nice. My bracelet had broken a few weeks after the warranty ended yet she still honored it. I was not planning on make a purchase, however, I decided to take advantage of the purchase two and get 10% off sale since she was so helpful and nice.
