I purchased a Christmas gift for my niece and was happy with the selection of charms available. However I’m adding to this bracelet in the future for future Christmases

Jose C, my salesperson, is a very kind and helpful person. He went that extra mile to help me. My husband and I were very impressed with his personality and efficiency. Therefore, my husband bought two charms for me instead of just one. A very nice man. I hope you reward him.

Our sales Person, Rayana was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She made the experience more pleasant. This Pandora store had the specific charm we were looking for and we called and they placed it on hold for us. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Sales rep was fabulous. He sold me way more than we went in for. Our 15 yr old daughter’s birthday will be one she remembers.

Jose C was AMAZING. I came into this crabtree store with my friend and it was packed. We really wanted specific rings so we pushed through the wait and Jose thanked us for our patience. He really knew what he was talking about as we asked what the prices were of these gold rings and charms. He also let us know about a promotion going on; even though I couldn't go pass my spending limit he offered great deals/kits to bypass the $100 to get a free charm bracelet. If I could've gone pass my spending limit, he would've sold me! He helped me and my friend find the rings we wanted and checked us out promptly. Thank you Jose C for being awesome.
