I love Pandora. The reason I gave a lower mark earlier is because of a recent sale, they were out of a lot of charms that were on my list. We still found 3 cute ones that matched the others on my bracelet perfectly. We would have bought more, had you had more stock. We will definitely be going back and hopefully inventory will be replenished.

He was knowledgeable and process was east

Tysha provided outstanding service.She was also knew the merchandise. Tysha explained how to open and close the new leather bracelet whereas I was in the store a few weeks ago and bought the same bracelet .The other sale person didn't demonstrate.

I knew two items that I was going to get. The other one to receive the promotional item thru 7/9/18, I still was unsure. The sales associates helped me make the best choice. I love my new charms and bracelet.

I was highly satisfied but had to wait quite a while because they did not have that many sales associates on the floor for work. They had the bracelet promotion so quite busy! Need more staff there during these promotions!

I really like my bracelets. My only complaint is the cost, especially for the charms, is overpriced.
