We were greeted right away. We explained that we were buying a gift for someone and explained the type of charms we were looking for and within seconds there were options in front of us. After we made our selection, my husband surprised me with adding a charm for me as well and again we had options in seconds. Our sales associate even heard me mention cleaning my bracelet when we went home that day and offered to clean it. She then explained that they clean their jewelry for free and to ask for it next time I come in. I really appreciated her attention to detail. She boxed up out gift and added my new charm to my current bracelet. Awesome experience. We plan to return soon for more family gifts!
