I was greeted time I walked in the store. I'm new to Pandora, sales associate took the time to let me know I needed to purchase a certain piece to keep my charms from twisting. Associate didn't hesitate to give guidance on how people are forming their bracelet scene. I love her professionalism. I drove an hour way to visit Pandora.

I love my bracelet but I would love if they add the Greek alphabet, so I can start a sorority bracelet
