The associate was very courteous. When I asked questions about taking care of the bracelet, she was very knowledgeable and gave good tips. The ease of getting in and out during my lunch break was good.

Bought a bracelet and the clasp broke! Very good customer service to exchange it for something else. The clasp on some of these bangles are not done well at all.
