This was my first time in the store. The store is beautiful and the sales associates are very friendly. My sales person was Evelyn, and she was so sweet and helpful with picking out the perfect charms for my daughter's first bracelet. I was able to look through the catalog while Evelyn put the bracelet together and plan some Christmas shopping!!

Very helpful, not pushy, offered many suggestions, flexible...overall very satisfied. More so than going to a Pandora dealer. The Pandora Store experience was much better.

The associate was attentive and located the merchandise we were asking about, plus there were ample size selections for the the ring we also looked at. He did not pressure us to buy anything. We bought a bracelet and said we would probably come back for the ring, no sales pressure at all. I will definitely go back and purchase the ring.

Was seen in a timely manner with the sales person knowing exactly what I wanted. Very easy to get in and get what I came for.
