Brittany was exceptional in helping me find what I needed, especially given the communication barrier. I am a deaf American and I cannot hear nor speak very well and she was able to help me by using a catalog and also using the iPad in front of her to type out full sentences. This made the experience much easier for me than in Prior visits to the store. My wife loved her new earrings!

I love the Pandora Charms and the many options available to make a personalized bracelet. The sales associates at the Crabtree location are always knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. They are always patient and do a great job at recommended pieces that go along with the theme of the bracelet. They make great suggestions on the layout or placement of the charms I select.
