My Pandora consultant, Jo Ann, knows everything there is to know about creating beautiful and unique jewelry using the Pandora system. She created a special bracelet for me based on the total solar eclipse in 2017 because it happened on my birthday. I am sooooo pleased and proud of it. She has always been able to solve any problem I come up with concerning my jewelry. I love Pandora, and I LOVE my consultant.

My sales associate knows the merchandise better than I could ever have expected. She has a fantastic sense of style and creativity. She was able to take a dull bracelet and make it sparkle with a unique beauty. I could never do what she did with ease. What a pleasure to watch her work.

The sales associate Althia was amazing, friendly, patient and knowledgeable of products. We even scheduled our next appointment with her for this coming week. Overall, I was pleased with the time she took to show us charms that we were interested in. We did not feel rushed at all.
