The sales lady came over right away to help me. She helped me exchange the bracelet my daughter bought for my birthday with a larger size. She assisted me with making charm choices- all giving me her undivided attention even though the store was very busy. She took time, didn’t rush me and then put my charms on my bracelet. Was very satisfied with my experience!

I ordered Abstract Elegance Ring for my daughter for Christmas and a stone had fallen out. As soon as I walked in the store the sales representative was very inviting and welcoming. She looked at the ring and immediately attempted to find another to replace it with. I didn't have my receipt because I'd ordered it online and I didn't think I would have to return it as I never have with any of my other Pandora pieces. The Salesperson Evelyn found the ring and exchanged it with no problem!

The associate "softened" up my new bracelet to make it easier to put on and take off. She recommended pieces that I needed to buy, but also told me that I didn't need to buy other pieces. My bracelets were cleaned.
