Once I was finally able to speak with an associate, she was very attentive and helpful. I had a spacer that lost a stone and there were no questions asked, she just offered to replace it. And then, when I mentioned cleaning my bracelets, she said that she could have them done in about 45 minutes! I was very happy about it.
