Location had a variety of charms and the staff was great.

I enjoyed my visit there. I was actually browsing for a birthday gift and the worker gave me a book to look over all of the charms Pandora had to offer. I came back later that day and bought a bracelet and a charm for my God Mother. They were so nice and patient and they did not rush me or get upset because I was indecisive. Thank Crabtree Mall Pandora, Raleigh, North Carolina!!

The sales associate (Linda) at the Crabtree Valley store in Raleigh NC was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in exchanging my bracelet for a larger one as well as exchanging my bangle bracelet because the clasp had broken within 2 months of purchase. This led me to also by 2 more spaced charms as well. HOWEVER, this was not my experience at your stores in Puna Cana, Dominican Repiblic nor Pandora store at South Point Mall in Durham NC. Both these stores refused to exchange my regular bracelet for a larger one because it was a gift and I did not have a receipt. Seems either their store process is wrong or the sales associate was just too lazy to deal with it. I needed a larger one so I could put more charms on it and their behavior was actually losing you business cause I couldn't buy more charms as the bracelet would be too tight to fit on my arm. If Linda would have not been so helpful, I probably would not have bought anymore Pandora. I suspect at least 80% of products purchased are gifts and how many times does the gift recipient have the receipt? Likely nil to none .... thank you for this survey.

The sales associate I worked with was amazing. She was very knowledgeable regarding the charms and make the purchasing of a new bracket fun and easy. I would highly recommend Pandora of Raleigh NC any time.
