I was helped immediately upon walking in the store. I was approached with a smile. And my salesperson was very helpful in redoing my Pandora bracelet.

The ladies there were very helpful in locating exactly what I wanted as well as suggesting a couple of other things (clips) for my bracket! They also put the charms on my bracelet arranging them perfectly to look their best!

The customer service of salesperson, Evelyn was outstanding. She ensured that my wife and I was satisfied with our merchandise. She's very knowledgeable. My wife and I learned a lot about our merchandise that we did not know before talking to Evelyn. We left feeling satisfied and more knowledgeable about our products.
