I went in to Pandora looking for a gift for a friend that was in a certain price range. The sales associate was extremely helpful and I found what I was looking for with no problem.

Joann was amazingly knowledgeable and was able to assist me with a broken bracelet that I had for a little over 6 months.

The Pandora associates in this store always make me feel like a valued customer. Most of them know me and greet me by name. I like being catered to.

JoAnn was wonderful! She is unaware I had been in the store a few days earlier and had a negative experience. My husband and I decided to try once more- and JoAnn made all the difference! It was my first Pandora purchase, so I hadn't had any options to browse the ring selection. JoAnn made sure I had the corrected ring size, allowed me to try on several options for stacking, encouraged us to ask lots of questions, and made sure I knew how to properly care for my jewelry. I now have quite a wish list and we will make appointments to shop with JoAnn in the future!

I had over a $300 return. The associate let me browse the sale items but took the initiative to look what I already had to provide other options. I ended up buying the value of my return plus more. I so love what I bought!!!
