The shopping experience was very relaxing. The excellent customer service. The knowledge of the sales associate.

Evelyn the sales associate was knowledge able, professional and pleasant. I was going to exchange my clips but she showed me a few options and I decided to keep the originals. Have me ideas to add to my necklace. Explained how to clean my necklace.Very nice experience.

The salesperson (Ms.Linda W.) welcomed my daughter, granddaughter and I, cheerfully into the store. This was a trip designed to introduce my 11 year old granddaughter to the PANDORA world. Ms. Linda was very patient and guided my granddaughter through selecting her first Pandora bracelet. I could tell, Ms. Linda is a very people-person! She rendered service with a smile, and answered all my granddaughter's questions, including how to care for her new bracelet. My granddaughter was very excited about the experience, thanks to the kindness of Ms. Linda W. Thank you so much, for having Ms. Linda W., available to introduce my granddaughter to PANDORA!!!!

I was highly satisfied as it was Xmas eve when I visited Pandora. Although I had to stand in a line outside the store I did not wait long and the sales associate took her time to assist me with my purchase.

I enjoyed how patient the sales associate was with my friend and I. And she was very knowledgeable and gave us satisfactory answers to our questions. The store was full and had a long line but this was to be expected as it was a day before Christmas.
