I love Pandora. Pandora is good quality. Love the selection.

The salesperson, Evelyn was extremely nice and helpful. The clasp on my bracelet was damaged and she replaced it for me with a new one. Store was very busy due to right before Christmas. She took her time and helped me even though I was not purchasing anything at the time. Wonderful customer service!!

The sales associate, Taylor D., no. 154439, was extremely knowledgable and helpful. It was our first Pandora purchase and she showed different combinations of bracelets and charms to give us an idea of how to arrange them. We will definitely return for more charms.

As I entered the store i was immediately greeted in a polite manner. I was made aware that I was next to be served and if there was anything i could be helped with feel free to ask. The wait was very brief and I ended up with a vast knowledge of products, a guide of products and a great charm for my fiancee. I was satisfied and thank the great sales woman for this buy!

very helpful finding what i needed and showed other possibilities as well... was given a call on my cell phone when the assistants were free (it was busy)... only waited about 10-15 minutes... helpful and courteous staff...

Linda is very friendly and has helped me before. She has a good knowledge of the charms and can locate exactly what I am looking for based on a verbal description. She has a good eye for putting things together.

Tysha was extremely nice and patient. She had the patience to show me all the charms I wanted to see and helped me chose the better option for my bracelet.
