This was my first time to visit Pandora. The sales person was quick. She was also very familiar with the merchandise. She made good suggestions when I was unsure, and she was friendly and eager to help. The checkout was smooth, and the same sales person explained the Pandora way of doing things (returns, etc.) clearly as she bagged my purchases.

Everyone in the store was very Friendly.I was greeted when I walked up.

Brianne was the best. She helped to save the day and recommended awesome pieces.

Due to Christmas, the 35% off sale and this location being tiny, they had a system in place to take my name and text me when my sales associate was available. That allowed me to get other shopping completed while in the queue. Also, many styles I previewed online were "Out of Stock", but the store had many "in stock".

Brianne is really pleasant and knows the charms well. She doesn’t hesitate to jump in, work on the charms and help you design your bracelet.

Everyone was very kind and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Good hospitality!
