The sales associate Joanne is very personable knowledgeable and willing to help and go the extra mile. I will not buy from any sales person other than Joanne. The first time we walked into the store I had two people act like they did not want to help us and we were about to walk out until Joanne approached us and of course we then made a purchase.

I own several Pandora bracelets with charms. I am giving a bracelet with 2 charms to each of my two daughters. Now, when they have a birthday or it is Christmas again, I will know to what to get them, another charm for their bracelet.

I was able to purchase what I wanted. I qualified for a free bangle.

Customer service was extremely helpful and helped me to the best of their ability. Product stock for the pieces I was looking for was limited due to holiday season, but this is not the fault of the associates.

The store was clean. The associate was highly knowledgeable about merchandise and made it easy in explaining or recommending other stuff

The sales associate was't rushed and was more than willing to make certain I was happy even thought others were waiting to be helped.

I love pandora charms. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

My salesperson was very nice and helpful. She made suggestions that I loved. I ended up buying more than I went in for.

I have been wearing Pandora jewelry for many years! The quality is excellent and I love the different charms offered. I to plan on returning to the store and Evelyn was excellent in assisting me!!!
