Any items that i may purchase from the Pandora store if i dont have a receipt they will honor their merchandise.

The sales associate took the time to help me chose charms and did not rush me through to get to the next sale.

I had a very knowledgeable sales person who helped me with selecting product as this was my first time buying accessories for a pandora bracelet.

The staff at Crabtree Valley Mall Pandora are very professional, polite and engaging with your experience when you come in. I have never had a bad experience and enjoy going into this location. Great job ladies!

Pandora products are of high quality, come in a wide selection, and the staff knows their products. They did seem a little unorganized when looking for specific styles or sizes though.

The associates were patient and helpful with options.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and offered suggestions which were helpful. She explained everything to me so I understood how the bracelet, clip, spacers, etc. worked.

Our first visit to this store...we buy from Jared’s and before we entered the store the associate that did not help us really spoke to us harshly and made us feel as though we couldn’t enter the store to the point where we asked could we look around! Did not make us feel welcomed at all. But the associate that helped us really did a great job and made our visit better.
