Pandora on line is confusing and i was not sure how to put together the necklace that I was thinking about. The sales person Jo Ann was completely helpful and super sweet. She took her time and asked what I wanted and then helped me make a beautiful necklace

I received Pandora bracelet as a gift, but it didn't fit. Linda made exchanged experience pleasant. I upgraded my bracelet. I will be purchasing another bracelet as a gift for my daughter (a baby shower gift).

Very helpful saleswomen that were enthusiastic about the brand and collections. Willing to spend whatever time needed to build sets.

I've come to this store a lot. Everytime I come I receive great service. There is always a great amount if equipment to look through and find the one I want.

The staff was friendly and very helpful helping me to pick out my first Pandora bracelet and charms.

When I walked into the store ALL of the associates where friendly and greeted me as if they wanted me there. Linda was absolutely friendly and knowledgeable of all the charms that I looked at for my 8 year old niece braclet ( all the princesses). Her and my niece educated me on thigs that I had no idea existed. She took care of my needs and welcomed me back soon. Loved it. Awesome experience.

I had broken my Pandora ring last week and I went in with low hopes not thinking that they would be able to replace it, but they did willingly.

The sales assistant Edna did an amazing job and went out of here way to locate a charm I had seen in your brochure. Edna is a credit to your store and I would recommend the pandora store at crab tree mall to all my friends and family.

Celebrating my birthday, I was looking to att to my collection. Kourtney was amazing her personality, knowledge, and friendliness was over the top. Two days prior to visiting this location I had gone to the store at Friendly in Greensboro and had a horrible experience. So horrible I decided to walk out the store after letting my salesperson know her customer service was horrible l. To which she replied would you still like to make a purchase. Flabbergasted, I walked out and drove the next few days over an hour away to the Crabtree Mall, best decision EVER.
