The associate that helped me was great. She was very knowledgeable. I wasnt sure what my girlfriends ring size was, but the associate picked the right size and it fits her perfectly.

I was highly satisfied with my recent experience b/c the sales associate was knowledgeable about the products. She was also able to provide several options based on my personal style. The manager was also helpful in giving a discount due to incorrect pricing on the display model.

Ashley (Associate) helped me. I wanted my bracelet cleaned and wanted to add something to my Halloween bracelet. She showed me several options that would look good with what was on there and I chose light purple beads and purchased the new ghost bead. She even called me the next day to tell me that the new beads had arrived in the store and to let her know if I wanted to purchase. I did visit the store, again, to see what they looked like, but opted not to purchase (and no pressure from her). Very pleasant to work with. She appears to really like what she does.

This is my first pandora bracelet purchase. Buying straight from this store is not nearly expensive through other chain stores like Hallmark. I plan on purchasing myself a bangle bracelet and fill it up with momentum charms.
