Casey and Evelyn were so helpful in every aspect! Their friendly professionalism was much appreciated and rare nowadays. I had to return a defective bracelet and it was done without a blip! They both spent so much time with me and I only wish they were in my store in Florida! Thank you, thank you!

My experience with the Sales Associate, Kimberly Nester was exceeded expectations. She personalized the interaction. She showed me new items w/ out being pushy. She invited me back & explained how the upcoming promotion would satisfy my holiday shopping needs. Most of all, she made my wife happy! The clasp on one of her bracelets broke & it had been retired. Kimberly went extra mile to find something that my wife was delighted with.

During my visit I was taken care of no questions asked about my broken charm they just looked at it and had absolutely no issue replacing it

Sales associate was very enthusiastic about the product and sincerely interested in my wants. I thought I might have trouble returning Disney beads bought in the parks to a non-Disney store, but there was no problem at all. Sales associate shared some of her personal experiences with me, and we became friends. I plan to call her next time I want to go in so I can visit with her again. She is a true asset to Pandora, and I enjoyed my visit with her very much. And, of course, I love the merchandise.
