The sales associated helped me locate the product I was interested in purchasing. When she was unable to find the item displayed she located it in a magazine and then was able to find the item in storage. The sales associates were very welcoming, kind and helpful.

My sales associate was Jo and it was very clear that she had a passion for her job! I had two children with me while I was shopping and she was polite and courteous to them as well. She was quick to help, courteous, patient and very professional. While I was looking at the jewelry she presented to me she took the time to also speak with my daughter. My daughter proceeded to tall Jo about her own Pandora collection and Jo was very polite with her as well. By far one of the nicest sales associates I have encountered while making a purchase.

Looking for a necklace for our soon to be 16 year old granddaughter, sales associate very helpful. Put together very lovely necklace that she can change over time. Never felt rushed or pushed into purchase.
