Oops, I'm so sorry, I must have pressed the wrong button. I am very satisfied with Pandora services, with the store, with everything. I love Pandora for my wife!

I was satisfied with the experience, but had to return it due to the purchase I bought was defective

The purchase I made 2 months ago was now half the cost and no price adjustment

I was satisfied myself. I don’t know if my girlfriend is going to be satisfied when she sees the rings. That’s right I’m not highly satisfied yet

Good experience. I like Pandora products.

Somewhat disappointing because there wasn’t any type of promotional going on and an item that I wanted to purchase wasn’t available

This was a return that was ordered by mail. Exchange was made. Happy that it could be taken care of, since had to travel more than 45 minutes to the store. Wanted the products because of birthday gift.

Sales lady was the most unfriendly I have encountered. Only said a kind word when purchase was complete and that was a very curt "thank you". Could have been having a bad day, but it was most likely her personality and lack of training in customer service.

I was satisfied with the experience because I did not have a problem purchasing the charm and the representative that assisted was really moved and was happy with the service she provided :)

No problem with the store or associates themselves. It was the options of service. I had a slider bracelet in which (only third time worn) upon sliding to tighten a link popped open and broke chain. I understood warranty for one year, but not the fact there was no option for repair or replacement for that part. I was told that I could try a jeweler to see if they can try to fix it. Not acceptable! Pandora is a jeweler, it’s your product and it was just a loose link. Simple repair should be available on site. I would have been happy to have just purchased a replacement slider attachment, which was a separate piece (like a clasp) anyway. Nope. It was a gift for that person so I ended up just buying a new one. Your welcome!
